We are licensed as Certified General Real Estate appraisers in Virginia and Maryland. We are not available for residential real estate assignments.

In addition to a general real estate appraisal practice, we also have extensive experience in specialty appraisal assignments involving funeral homes, day care centers, bed and breakfast and country inn properties, automobile dealerships and automotive lubrication facilities.
